a cult blogger fav?

I almost cant quite believe I've never written a post about this, seeing as I am now onto my third jar and cant see anything changing in my cleansing routine anytime soon, I thought it was about time that I graced my blog with this beauty and tell you all about it (although pretty sure the majority will have already read about this somewhere previously as its just too goddamn amazing).

Having been a long time sufferer of teenage/adult acne & acne scarring, I had tried numerous and i mean numerous different products that claimed to be the cure to acne, Having spent a small fortune along the way (I could've had a deposit for a house with the amount I've spent) and many products thrown away, gifted to others or battled through with the hopes that one day they  *might* just work, I finally stumbled across this beauty!

Hallelujah!!!!

The Moringa Balm has not only saved my skin, but has saved my confidence, or lack of.. Too!
The most beautifully soft, smooth balm, literally glides onto the skin like butter, is so lightweight and delicate it almost feels as if it couldn't really be doing anything to cleanse, then you look in the mirror and see every trace of makeup, dirt and the days grime just melting away.

Once adding water to the balm it emulsifies into a delicate milk that just gently washes away everything with ease, its such a concentrated balm that you could get away with one cleanse easily and feel pretty secure that your skin is freshly cleaned!

I can honestly say this product has single handedly cleared every trace of acne on my face, dramatically reduced the appearance of those blooming ugly scars and overall improved the clarity of my skin, its so much more radiant these days and I almost feel OK with leaving the house makeup free, I can't say I feel the overwhelming urge to slap on a full face of makeup anymore, a dab of lip balm is enough to make me feel put together these days!

Another thing I have noted is that I suffer with a very awkward patch of dry skin on the entirity of my toplip/ under my nose area and this has seriously helped in making it more moisturised and soothed, don't get me wrong if I don't moisturise for a day or so it does flare up ever so slightly but nothing like it ever did before, so this is a huge bonus for me regarding my skincare, as again I just couldn't find anything that didn't aggravate that area or help soothe it either!

Another use I have found with helping soothe my dry skin is leaving the balm on overnight as an intensive mask treatment, or slathering it on whilst in the bath and allowaing the warm steamy air penetrate those pores, its a fabulous way of deeply moisturising the skin and also looks like I've had a facial the next day when I've done this.

I can honestly say if you are one of the minority that haven't ever picked up Emma Hardies cult classic Moringa Balm then what are you doing... Please please pick a tub of this up, if you are sufferers of acne, rosacea, scarring, dry or general dull skin, you really do need this in your life!

I cant rave about this product anymore than I already have, unless I somehow manage to bag a job with Emma herself #dreamjob, it really is my all time cult fav cleansing product and I can fully expect to be using this years and years down the line, this better never be discontinued, I would cry rivers of tears haha!

Have any of you tried/not tried Moringa Balm, let me know your thoughts on it below, id love to hear your opinion and if you have any tips for products that would work well with it?

Lots of love,

diptyque - figuier | the candle editions

Ever the candle obsessive, I have added a new scent to the stash!
With a *mild* Diptyque obsession developing I felt the urge to pick up something fresh and summery, this fell in the form of Figuier!

On first sniff of this I must admit I really wasn't keen, it smells almost nettle like, something I wasnt drawn to, I considered exchanging it for a different scent, but persevered and decided to burn it anyway as I am a lover of fig scents and thought I'd see what it smelled like once it was burning.. Im so glad I did!

The scent is very warming almost like baked figs and summer rolled into one, which isnt too over powering, for me I prefer this as there's just a subtle hint in the room i've lit it in once you walk into it, it almost leaves you wanting to know where the fragrance is coming from.

Diptyque describes this as: "The warmth of fig wood, the freshness of fig leaves and light milky sap all blend  to create a candle that is a glorious ode to the fig tree, with its light and delicious fresh fruit fragrance, figuier encapsulates the essence of summer"

Figuier really is the scent you wish for at this time of the year, light and fresh but with a warming sence to the air, it almost reminds me of cosying up on a warm summers evening in the garden, eating salad and drinking pina coladas, I almost wish they would make this in a perfume, it would make the most  perfect summer fragrance!

Im so happy I picked Figuier up, and will definitely repurchase this in the larger size very soon, next on my list is the blogger cult classic Baies & my favourite perfume scent Roses, im desperate to try the candle version as I just adore the scent.

Have any of you tried Diptyque candles, know of any I should add to my wishlist?
Let me know in the comments below!

ren - exfoliating body balm

Seeing as summer has fast approached us, we all need to amp up on our skincare throughout the warmer season as theres a whole lot more body on show these days and dry skin is a definite no-no!

Rens exfoliating body balm is the product of choice for me, exfoliating the skin is a key part to keeping your skin smooth, supple and flake free.
The body balm is full of beautiful oils which for starters smell heavenly but adorn the skin in rich moisture, its grainy texture removes dead skin cells allowing the oils to penetrate deeply for perfectly nourished skin.

Basil, peppermint and olive oil along with guarande sea salt make this the perfect combination for dry skin, they gently exfoliate, moisturise and nourish the skin, apply to dry skin before your bath/shower or for a gentler treatment apply to wet skin and rinse off.

I've been literally loving this the past few weeks and can't see myself putting it down anytime soon, I can imagine this being a lovely winter product too as the scent is very refreshing and uplifiting, so its large size tub will keep you going for a long while!

Have any of you tried Rens body products, I'd love to hear your opinions on them!

foundation favourite

As some of you may know, i previously worked for Clarins, during this time i discovered a few firm favourites and one of them is the True Radiance foundation.

True Radiance is literally the most beautiful, flawless-inducing foundation i have ever used, and believe me i have tried ALOT.

The formula is very lightweight but incredibly dewy, i would say a little powder is neccesary with this product just on the T zone, im someone who is more on the drier side and even this is a little
too dewy for me, as i said having drier skin makes this foundation a god send for me as it has some really fantastic skincare properties, shea butter nourishes the skin feeding it some well needed moisture, whilst moringa seed makes the skin luminous and bright.

The photo above just shows the product lightly buffed with my fingers, personally i use a duo fibre or stippling brush to give the most natural effect, the pigmentation is very high considering it feels so sheer and lightweight on the face.

I would even go as far as saying this is my holy grail foundation, it lasts all day, is natural, yet flawless without feeling cakey on the skin and just gives everyone ive ever applied it to the most perfect looking skin whilst remain soft and dewy!

What are you favourite foundations and are there any that you reccomend i give a try, and have any of you tried this particular foundation, what are you thoughts on it?

See you all soon, Frankie

Mac Playland - Sweet Experience

Happy Sunday everyone :)
As i said in my previous post i recently had a little shopping trip in London, and i picked up a few beauty bits from Selfridges, this beautiful creation being one of them, i was instantly drawn to the MAC stand for obvious reasons, but this time they had an extra little area where they were advetising there new Playland collection, i knew straight away this was going to be a collection for me!
Bright candy pinks, candy floss, pastel unicorns, carousels and pink flamingos, you name it they had it there!
I picked up the amplified creme lipstick in Sweet Experience..

Candy pink, check!
Literally, this is the lipstick i have been searching for pretty much my entire life, the perfect baby pink, think of that pink your barbies wore when you were 10 in a subtler form, i love!

The formula is so lovely, creamy soft but incredibly pigmented, it doesn't dry out the lips, lasts a long time and actually feels quite nourishing on the lips, as far as lipstick goes this is a gooden!
You only need one swipe on the lips for this to be incredibly pigmented, i quite like either dabbing it on the lips or applying in one swipe but blotting off the excess, meaning this will last you a long time, especially good as it is limited edition, although heads up MAC you need to add this to the permanent line, pretty please :)

I hope you agree with me just how pretty this lipstick is, i do believe you cant pick this up online anymore, i have checked MAC & Selfridges and they dont have it online, but always check your local stores as they will still carry some of the shades :)

Chanel - Soleil Tan De Chanel

Evening my lovelies. Hope your all well, the past few days have been busy ones, shopping in London over the weekend and back to work after a long and lovely 8 days off!

My recent shopping trip found me adding some new beauties to my collection, I've actually just uploaded a haul on my YouTube channel of the bits I picked up, but today I'm bringing you one of the special pieces I picked up, a product I've been lusting after for a long time now, that being the Chanel - Soleil Tan De Chanel!

The beautiful packaging is just where the love for this product begins, housed in a gorgeous solid tub with the classic black lid and chanel gold engravings, this looks beautiful on show on my makeup table!

The product inside is just a dream to use, lightweight but pigmented, this glides into the skin effortlessly, while you do need to buff this in thoroughly, once blended its creates the perfect faux glow, perfect for a pale skinned girl like me.

I adore the finish on the skin this product gives me, a few days in the sun is now no longer needed as this gives the appearance of having been on holiday, you know those first few days where your just starting to tan and everything you put on seems as if it looks much better, yea that does this!

The first time I applied this I had a few compliments on how healthy my skin looked and the old "have you been on holiday" was snuck in there too!
I actually used this as a base for my foundation to sit on top off and it works like a dream, my makeup actually lasted a whole lot longer than usual so I would go as far as saying you could use this as your daily primer too!

To proclaim my love to this once more. I'm actually obsessed with this product, I rarely throw that out there so for me that's a big deal. I thought I loved my Boujouis dupe but hell no, compared to this I'll quite happily ditch any bronzer for this any day!

I really hope you enjoyed this post, and don't forget to take a peak at my London Haul video over on YouTube search Frankie Boo for my channel and I'd love for you too subscribe and leave me a comment saying your popping over from the blog!

Lots of love, Frankie x

Clinique - Anti Blemish Solutions Foundation

Afternoon my lovely friends, hope your midweek Wednesday is going well?

Today I'm blogging to you about a wonderful new find I stumbled across recently, that being the Clinique - Anti Blemish Solutions foundation, I have the shade 01 Fresh Alabaster which is the lightest shade in the range, seeing as I am SUPER pale and even this can be slightly dark on me so a warning to anyone who is on the fairer side, get colour matched before you buy this, something I didn't do.. that being said I quite like the colour of this on me, gives me a little hint of colour!

The formula to this foundation isn't too heavy, its gives good coverage whilst still being light on the skin which is definitely something you need when you suffer from acne as I do (I have previous posts that are more in depth about this).

You can just see where my hairline is that the colour is slightly dark for me but it blends well into my neck which is where i generally tend to worry more as I hate the obvious foundation lines that I coveted back when i was 13!

I wanted to actually test this foundation out before I popped it up on the blog as I feel this is a product people will want to know more in-depth about before the go out and purchase it, although I do feel this is worth the money.. I believe this has actively cleared up numerous current outbreaks I have had, my skin has been much smoother in appearance and overall it looks much brighter and healthier.

The oil free foundation is aimed at actively controlling breakouts, neutralizes redness (definitely a problem I suffer with) whilst preventing future blemishes, I really feel Clinique have got this formula and testament bang on, I feel much more confident with my skin makeup free now than before as combining this with there skincare (post coming up on this soon) i have clearer fresher skin!

The finish of the foundation is quite matte, I would almost say you could get away without using a powder on top of this, unless you are more on the oilier side, it smoothes out perfectly using a buffing brush and is almost invisible once dried - beware though this is a very fast drying formula so you will need to work quickly!

Another feature I find fantastic about this foundation is the bottle, especially the little nib where the product is dispersed from, it controls the amount of product you use by only allowing you to squeeze what you need out from it, I would say a 10p piece on the back of your hand is the perfect amount for a full face meaning this will you last you a long time and no wastage!

Overall I've enjoyed using this foundation and think I'll be sticking with it until something else catches my wandering eye #beautybloggerproblems, keep your eyes peeled for the skincare instalment from Clinique coming up soon!

Do let me know if you have any questions about this or anything else skincare related as i love to hear from you!

Frankie x

Rambly Chatty Afternoon Post

Afternoon my lovely bloggers, grab a cup of tea as this as the title suggests is a chatty long one :)

A rambly personal post again for you all (how joyful haha), im just going to talk at you about my life, what ive been upto and what im looking forward to in the future as i feel i havent connected with you all personally for a while now, not since my last post regarding my anxiety which had some really positive feed back from you all and i thank each and every one of you for your support and lovely comments, you cheered me up massively :D

Soo.. what ive been upto.. working in retail STILL, i feel like im forever doomed to being in retail, i desperately want a change from the ever boring daily routine of waking up, serving a few customers and going home, i pray there is something better out there for me as i find retail so mundane, although i have a brighter note to add to this and last weekend had my first bridal job of the year for my freelance makeup artist job and i LOVED every second of it!
Initially i was nervous as i had to makeup 5 women which is the most ive ever had to do in one job, but seriously calmed down as soon as i started applying all those wonderful products to there faces, seeing them so happy with the job i had done for them made me beam from ear to ear, i love making women feel beautiful in themselves and to make someone happy and confident is such a reward for what, to me, feels like a hobby!

The bride looked absolutely beautiful and so happy on her wedding day, and i adored her beautiful dress, it was just the right figure hugging fit with such intricate lace, it reminded me slightly of Kate Middleton!

I truly hope i can take my career in makeup further as i just know im destined for something more than the 9-5 sales advisor role!

As i mentioned in a few posts before, Myself and Sam have a lovely new house, i love it so much and we are currently in the process of re-decorating some bits and pieces, the bathroom needed a complete overhaul as it came with garishly green carpets and walls, imagine a big green bogey bathroom and that was what it looked like, we actually dressed my friend to match the interiors as our new tissue holder and she blended in perfectly haha!

We have pulled up the existing carpet, why you would want carpet in a room that gets constantly wet i dont know but its gone thankgod and replaced by painting the beautiful solid wood flooring underneath white, i wanted to created a fresh feel to the room and painted the walls a grey/very light blue, took away the awful towel rail and tissue holder and replaced them with nice nice silver and white traditonal ones, i painted an old antique towel rail cream and rubbed it down to a shabby chic style and threw on some gorgeous pale grey bath sheets to pull it all together, its getting there and i will be doing a post on the transformation onces its all done, i cant wait to show you guys :)

Getting back to my previous post about my anxiety, i have been struggling again recently, ive been trying to come off of my medication that i currently take which is a long and horrible process, my medication i feel actually makes me worse as it makes me so lethargic and lazy that i dont seem to get alot done or have any energy to get things done for that matter, i really want to pick myself up and get back on track with everything in my life, i adore blogging and just started making Youtube videos and i want as much energy and personality as possible to be able to keep persuing it, im definitely going to start some resolutions to keep my mind active and happy, i want to be a postive person and not let the negatives get me down, ive been focusing on getting things fixed with myself to make me a happier person overall and hopefully this will kick anxietys ugly rear out of my life!

Ive also recently been making it my mission to go out with friends and be more social as i definitely think getting out of the house and doing something keeps your mind healthy and active, i still dont drink alcohol but dont feel its been such a hindrance on going out anymore as the friends i have accept that i dont drink and dont force anything on me which is so good as i can relax a whole lot more and just be myself around them, making new friends is always a good thing and its definitely helped my confidence to go out alot more than before :)

Myself (stripy top) and Natalie (in the dress) on her birthday :)

Ending things on a happier note, i want to let you all know how much i love reading your comments and the emails ive recieved, they really make me so happy, i get all giddy inside like a teenager when i see new subscribers and love reading your replies to what i have to say in my little old world, the support from blogging is fantastic and i would love to get to know you all so much more, so please do feel free to keep in touch with me, im always somehow connected to social media #iphone addict haha!

Speak to you all soon you wonderful people, Lots of love Frankie x

Home Tour.. Beauty/Blogging Room..

Hi guys, apologies for the lack of posts in the previous months, have had sooo much to do recently that i just havent had the time to upload, im sure you will all here about what ive been upto in the next few months as i have so much to tell you all :) In the mean time if you follow my Instagram you will see more about me as i upload daily over on there @frankiebooblogx

As you will know from the previous post me and Samuel moved house, we now have a beautiful little Victorian Terraced Home with two bedrooms and i have the luck of having the 'spare' room as my own little officey/makeup/beauty/spare room space, Brownie points to him for knowing a girl with too much makeup needs a room to put it in ;)

Just to pre-warn you this may be a little photo heavy for your liking but i love posts like this so im hoping you guys will too :)

The room is quite large so i manage fit in a spare bed which is always handy as we usually have people stay over and as much as i want a pretty pretty makeup room we have to be practical too, i absolutely love my bed its from Feather and Black, underneath it also has a guest bed which pops up on legs and actually turns the bed into a super-king so you dont have to squeeze onto the small bed if a couple stays over :)

I wasn't really to sure what to do with this little area, i do want a huge floor to ceiling mirror to go in this gap especially for when im getting ready for an evening out, it currently holds my hair products, brushes etc a cake stand which i plan on popping my perfumes on and a little chair which i will be repainting white, i love it as it came from my mums and plan on using it for future baby in our lives when that day comes :)

In the wardrobe i keep my 'nicer' clothes in here, mainly dresses for going out and nicer tops etc, in the bottom draw houses all my 'extra' makeup, i.e the stuff that i dont keep on my desk in my Muji storage as its products i tend not to use so often or bits from my freelance kit, i will be doing an actual makeup collection post hence why i havent gone into more detail of this, hope you guys dont mind :)

The bedside/nightstand just currently holds these beautiful glass bon bon jars with my cotton balls/pads and cotton buds as its super easy to get to when taking off makeup in the evening, i love little details like these as i feel they add a classy but simple element to the room, i also have a little mirror tray with my earrings in and i like to keep my watch in here too!

My desk is actually the farm house table i had in the old kitchen, i wanted to purchase the Ikea Malm dresser which every blogger and there mum has but i actually really liked the idea of using this as its so large and houses everything nicely with lots of space to take photos, type up posts and do my makeup at.

The reason im using such a huge tv screen as my computer is as its a spare room i still wanted guests to be able to use the tv in the room and its makes typing at the desk so much easier than constantly having to have my laptop there at the same time.

Love this little area of my desk, it just makes me feel good when i walk in the room and always have pretty flowers to cheer me up, also how cute is my little bunny light <3

The light is from Ikea and the floral lights are from Asda, i love simple lighting to make the room look extra girly without being too in your face, the chandelier style shade i picked up from Amazon for around £12 and i love it, it looks super pretty in the room and catches the light from the window aswell so is always sparkling.

I hope you enjoyed a little tour around my beauty space, and let me know which room you would like me too show you all next <3

See you all soon lovelies, love Frankie x

skyn iceland - icelandic relief eye cream..

Good morning my beautiful readers, hope your days going well :)

I wanted to write a little post for you about a new eye cream i purchased, at first i wasn't going to bother talking about it as its one simple product which i didnt think many people would've been really interested in reading about, that is until i started using it!

Icelandic Relief Eye Cream is described as a lightweight contouring eye cream to minimize puffiness, wrinkles and dark circles.
I can definitely say that the claims it has are backed up by this product, since working full-time, blogging and keeping on top of the house i can say sleep is something that i dont get alot of any more, i have never been one to get bags or dark circles under my eyes, i was actually convinced at one point i was one of those lucky few that just had a good under eye area, unfortunately long days and short nights have taken there toll on me and now im an avid member of the dark circle crew ah!

The main reason for me buying this was because of the fact it is named as a 'relief' cream, i like the sound of this, it makes me feel as if the product is just going to take the weight of the day of my shoulders and allow me to relax in the evening, ive done a little research into the product for you and thought i would give you the facts on this little gem..

Features & Benefits:

- Vitamin K increases circulation to help diminish dark under-eye circles
- Anti-aging rice peptides help firm skin by destroying the enzymes that break down collagen and elastin
- Orange peel helps reduce puffiness
- Cotton powder fills fine lines and acts as an optical diffuser to downplay wrinkles and dark circles
- Icelandic kelp helps revitalizes skin and fight inflammation

The cream is of a really thick whipped consistency, but once applied to the under eye area it is extremely light weight and soothing, its such a delight to apply this after freshly cleansing your face and moisturising, its a luxury product that i really cant rave more about.

I picked mine up from the M&S beauty hall, you can also buy it online here: http://www.skyniceland.com/product-5-eye-cream

Hope you have a wonderful day :)

Lots of love Frankie xXx

Maybelline Colour Tattoo - Pomegranate..

I think this may be a post that every blogger in the blogging universe may of heard about and thats the amazing Maybelline Colour Tattoos, i have a few of these already but i felt the urge after buying Mac Cranberry to add this little gem to my already growing makeup stash.. Pomegranate .

The colour is absolutely beautiful, its like a vived red/burgundy with tiny flecks of glitter running through it, it isnt overly glittery when applied to the lid so you can get away with wearing this during the daytime and smoking it out for an evening look, i dont think theres really anything i can compare it to out there, its a shade ive never really seen before and i think thats why i love it so much!

Paired with the Mac Cranberry the combo is just stunning, i do apologise for not actually have a photo of the look but i will upload one to my instagram page as soon as i can @frankiebooblog.

The Colour Tattoos as you can see are super pigmented, this is just one swipe of the product on my hand so you can see how much of any impact they can make on your eyes, this shade looks so beautiful with blue eyes, its a lovely warm tone and perfect for that autumnal make-up look, christmas please anyone?

Hope your all having a lovely day, have you tried the Colour Tattoos? Whats your favourite shades :)

Beauty Haul.. House of Fraser, Boots & Lush..

So id tweeted a few days ago asking what primers/setting sprays you all recommended, id been on the hunt for some new ones as my current bits just weren't working that well for me, i dont know if its to do with the weather but my make-up just isnt staying on my skin, it doesnt matter what foundation i wear it just comes off and im left patchy at the end of the day :(

The majority of people that replied kept saying to go for the Urban Decay setting sprays which was infact the ones i had my eyes on already, ive been previously using Mac Fix+ which dont get me wrong i absolutely LOVE it, it just leaves me looking to dewy for this time of year which i think isnt helping my makeup stay on very well.

I decided to go for the Chill setting spray as it sets your makeup perfectly but doesnt matte out the skin, it still leaves you looking fresh and not overly dewy, but gives a healthy glow without being shiney, i tried this out the past few days and i have to say my makeup has'n't budged, not even in the slightest, i even wore it last night and my makeup was still completely intact after going to a gig and a club (yes i know i actually ventured out for once in my life instead of playing cat lady at home with my blanket and a cup of tea)

The primer i had already kind of decided on as ive been wanting to give this a go ever since i saw Boots had started stocking it, the SmashBox Photo-ready primer is oil and paraben free, i liked the idea of this, once applied to your face it literally sinks into the skin, completely disguising any pores on your face leaving you with a lovely smooth base ready to apply your foundation, concealer etc.

I purchased the smaller 12ml sized primer incase i didnt like it, this is currently in Boots for £12.50 which i think is a really good price for a SmashBox product, and its also the first time ive tried something from the brand :)

This little orangey goodness caught my eye, its a shower brush, anyone who knows me knows i have a serious hair product addiction and anything that can be used in the shower to help smoothand de-tangle my wild mane is a huge bonus, i had never seen these before and i think the fact it was orange helped sway me into buying it as im obsessed with the bloody colour :)

I also really like Denman products, i have a teezer brush from them and it gives the best volume out of any brush ive ever used, they have such good quality brushes so i trust this will be just as good!

Another product again ive been wanting for ages but could never justify the £5.50 price tag for a small tub of basically sugar you could make yourself at home, but the last few weeks my lips have been dryer than normal and frankly im too lazy to make my own haha, the smell of this is divine, literally sweet bubblegum goodness in a jar, plus you can use the product straight from the pot and lick of the remains which is good for a little sweet tooth lover like me!

I must say its really helped the condition of my lips and they look much plumper and more alive again now, i use this before bed and then apply the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Lip Balm over the top and i wake up with beautiful soft lips ready for the day ahead :)

Hope you've all had a good weekend, mine has been super busy with work and actually going out for once, im now very sleepy and will be reverting back to my usual cat lady self and lazing with Samuel and the cats watching a film.

Let me know what youve all been upto and if you've brought any goodies this week?

lots of love, Frankie xXx

#RushBloggerMeet at Rush Hair & Beauty..

Hey guys, sorry its been a few days since ive posted but ive been super busy with work and other things that i just haven't gotten round to posting much this week, im now currently sitting down infront of my TV watching Youtube, drinking tea from my favourite Cath Kidston mug and FINALLY writing a post for you all :D

So last night i ventured upto London for an amazing event i had the luck of being invited too, it was the #RushBloggerMeet which was being hosted by the wonderful people at House of Rush in Piccadilly, what an amazing venue to have chosen!
The event was hosted by the lovely ladies and a fellow blogger Becky from Lipgloss and Lashes and Laura who works for a PR company @Lauzzenger, the girls did such a fantastic job at making everyone feel welcome and the event was seriously so good, im so pleased i got the chance to attend, thankyou girlies :D

First of let me tell you just how beautiful this place is, id done a little sneaky online before i went there to see what it looked like and its even more beautiful in real life, the smell, seriously, heavenly, they were burning candles around the whole salon called 'THAI treatments' i WILL be hunting these things down because i neeeeeed them burning in my home!

The beauty treatment rooms are beautiful, you literally walk in and feel relaxed by the scent and the calm music playing softly in the background, we all got the oppurtunity to have oxygen facials, seriously i think i fell asleep half way through, its so relaxing, its basically a facial using oxygen being blown onto your face through a small nozzle, it feels like a dusting of cool water as it is moved around your face and you can have it done whilst wearing your makeup so perfect for a lunch-break treatments, it is pure oxygen which opens your pores allowing them to fully breath clean air therefor thoroughly allowing your pores to be cleaned, it leaves your skin with a beautiful dewy finish (Sam from Honey Go Lightly having her facial).

The interior of the salon is so chic, with quotes dotted around by famous names, inspiring you as you walk around, i've also decided i must book myself in here for a cut as i just want to sit infront of the beautiful hanging mirrors and take a selfie
(blogger problems)!
Also How cute are the room names :)

We also got to have a manicure done, super relaxing and if you'd seen the state of my nails before hand you'd have been glad they were offering this haha, i love having my nails done so this was such a treat for me, i chose Essie 'Fishnet Stockings' a beautiful berry red colour perfect for this Autumnal weather..

Doctor Carvar was also there to give us demonstations on Botox and Dermal Fillers, something ive considered in the past and now i have seen her first hand performing the procedure on a client i must say im more inclined to get them done in a few years, the lady having them done didnt even flinch, you can also dissolve the product too, so if you dont like the effect you can actually remove it, this is whats swayed my mind as im paranoid of having the dreaded 'frozen face'

Im so pleased i went and learnt so much from attending, met some lovely bloggers and got the chance to drool over the salon, the products and the food, i forgot about the food, delicious yummyness all in one area, i wanted some cake but never did as i feared of getting it all over me haha!

How bloody good does that cake look, i should've asked to take it home, i could've done with it on the train journey mmm ::)
